C/C++/VC++ Developer

Live Global Bid, a leading company in the live auction software industry, seeks a motivated C/C++/VC++ developer to join our growing development team.

Live Global Bid has developed and is continuously enhancing an online auction software package. The live, interactive software is distributed to the International auction industry and is currently the leading platform used in North America. Live Global Bid's client base extends to the UK, Australia, New Zealand and continues to expand.

Applicants should have 4 or more years experience in C++ development. Successful applicants will have a good working knowledge of Win32, Multithreading, Windows SDK, Windows sockets, MFC, GDI and Visual C++ 6 / Visual studio. Experience with web-based applications development using other Object Oriented (OO) programming languages (i.e. J2SE) is a definite asset. Preference will be given to those applicants who have experience with Windows Mobile 2003, ISAM, EVC and MFC for Windows Mobile.

This is a full time position working out of our technical office in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Web/Application Developer

Live Global Bid, a leading company in the live auction software industry, seeks a motivated web application developer to join our growing development team.

Live Global Bid has developed and is continuously enhancing an online auction software package. The live, interactive software is distributed to the International auction industry and is currently the leading platform used in North America. Live Global Bid's client base extends to the UK, Australia, New Zealand and continues to expand.

Applicants should have 2 or more years experience in application development with a good understanding of web-based technologies. Successful applicants will have a good working knowledge of Perl/Cgi, XML/HTML, SQL databases, and Linux/Unix. Experience with PHP and Web Services is a definite asset and preference will be given to those who are bilingual in French and English.

This is a full time position working out of our technical office in Regina, Saskatchewan.
